Whistleblower Protections (Conscientious Employee Protection Act) Handbook Statement: New Jersey
Employees have the right to complain of workplace practices or policies they believe to be in violation of the law, against public policy and/or fraudulent or unethical. The Company will not terminate, demote, take any other adverse employment action or otherwise retaliate against an employee because the employee:
- Discloses or threatens to disclose to a supervisor or to a public body an activity, policy or practice of the employer or another employer with whom there is a business relationship, which the employee reasonably believes is in violation of a law or a rule or
