Summary
- Nonexempt employees in Colorado must be paid overtime not only for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek, but also for any hours in excess of a daily maximum. See Computing Overtime.
- Certain forms of compensation may be excluded from the regular rate of pay when computing overtime. See The Regular Rate of Pay.
