Summary
- In addition to the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the West Virginia Servicemembers Civil Relief Act provides reinstatement rights for private employees with military obligations. See West Virginia Military Leave.
- Employees may be entitled to unpaid leave in order to train for or respond to an emergency mission of the West Virginia wing of the Civil Air Patrol. See Civil Air Patrol Leave.
