Summary

  • For most private sector employers in Ohio, liability for unfair labor practices is governed almost exclusively by the National Labor Relations Act. See Unfair Labor Practices.
  • Private Ohio employers are able to obtain assistance from the courts in ending mass picketing, violent picketing, or picketing that result in a breach of the peace. See Unruly Union Picketing.
