Summary

  • Pennsylvania has a private sector labor relations statute, known as the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act (PLRA), but the PLRA only covers private sector employers that are not covered by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), limiting its application to only smaller businesses.
