  • There are several types of leave that may be available to employees in Arizona which are required by federal or state law, and may be affected by an individual employer's policies. See Arizona - Leaves of Absence.
  • Generally, Arizona employers must grant victimized employees leave to attend court proceedings. See Leave for Victimized Employees.
  • Arizona law also permits employees leave from work to vote on statewide and general election days, to participate in jury duty, and to actively serve in the armed forces. See Voting Leave; Jury Duty Leave; Military Leave.
