  • Under the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Act, employers are required to train employees in understanding their responsibilities under the Act. See New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Beyond the requirements of NMOSHA, New Mexico law does not require that employers train employees. See Other Training.
  • The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions' Apprenticeship Council administers federally-registered apprenticeship programs. See Apprenticeship Training.
