  • Delaware employers must provide any National Guard member called to state active duty the same rights, privileges and protections in employment as it provides to employees undergoing military training under federal law. See Delaware Military Leave
  • Public employees in the US or Delaware National Guard, when in continuous active service, are entitled to leave for the entire period of the employee's service, not exceeding five years or until the term of service ends. See Public Employees.
