How can an employer craft disclaimers and/or documents for a new hire to acknowledge which reiterates his or her employment at-will status?

Disclaimers and documents notifying an employee of his or her at-will status must be clearly written, unambiguous, and appear prominently on the employer's documents, including the employee handbook/manual. The statement should define the at-will relationship, clearly setting forth its parameters, as well as the rights and responsibilities of both the employer and employee with regard to the employment relationship. Furthermore, the statement should notify a prospective and present employee that the employer makes no promises with regard to the employee's job, wages, or working conditions.
