No. Overtime may be paid according to any fixed and regularly recurring period of 168 hours, or seven consecutive 24-hour periods. The workweek can start at any time - whether 12:00 a.m. on a Monday morning or 3:00 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon - as long as it remains fixed.
