Argentina: Training and development
- Employees have a statutory right to vocational training, and the employer is responsible for implementing training measures. (See General)
- Apprentices are employed on a special form of fixed-term employment contract, with a minimum term of three months and a maximum term of 12 months. (See Apprenticeships)
