  • Discrimination, both direct and indirect, is prohibited in recruitment and selection on specified grounds. (See Discrimination)

  • An employer must not require any information from a job applicant other than that directly related to the prospective employment. (See Selection)

  • The minimum age for employment is generally 15 years, and the employment of all minors under the age of 18 is subject to special rules. (See Young people and children)
