In Borse v. Piece Goods Shop, Inc., +963 F.2d 611 (3d Cir. 1992) the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals held that dismissal of an at-will employee for failing to consent to an urinalysis drug screening and personal property search may violate Pennsylvania's public policy against the tortuous invasion of employee privacy.
