Mr. Sauerwein regularly represents employers and insurance companies before administrative agencies and federal and state courts.
He also counsels clients on employment-related matters ranging from compliance to discipline.
Mr. Sauerwein has prepared presentations and articles to update employers on developments in the area of employment law including those developments related to the ADA Amendments Act and FMLA.
Currently, he is co-authoring a Kansas Bar Association Kansas Annual Survey chapter on civil rights.
Mr. Sauerwein graduated cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2009 and is admitted to practice in the State of Kansas.
