Ms. Wang's practice focuses on representing employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, and wage-and-hour matters, including class actions and complex litigation.
She represents employers before state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies.
Ms. Wang also advises employers on all aspects of the employment process, including hiring, developing employment policies and handbooks, drafting employment agreements and severance agreements, and handling employee discipline and termination matters.
She routinely provides sexual harassment and management training in a wide range of industries.
Ms. Wang is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her BS in International Politics and Relations, magna cum laude.
She obtained her JD from the University of California, Hastings of the Law.
