Alison M. Day is a shareholder in the Columbus, OH office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Day represents and counsels employers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, in a variety of industries, but with an emphasis on the healthcare and retail sectors.
She has concentrated her practice over the past 14 years on litigating employment matters before state and federal courts and to arbitrators, including cases arising under the FMLA and ADA.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Day has extensive experience handling administrative charges before the EEOC, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and DoL.
She provides day-to-day counseling and training on a variety of workplace issues to her clients, and she frequently delivers presentations on employment topics.
Ms. Day received her JD from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 1997 and her BS, from Indiana University in 1994.
