Mr. Hutson primarily focuses his practice on employment litigation.
As an associate, he regularly represents employers in state and federal courts on matters related to discrimination, retaliation and harassment issues, as well as the protection of trade secrets, covenants-not-to-compete, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace-related issues.
Mr. Hutson's practice also includes the representation of employers in a number of state and federal administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.
He also advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including policies, training, discipline, termination, internal investigations and compliance with federal and state law.
Mr. Hutson earned his law degree, with honors, from Oklahoma City University College of Law.
