Ms. Abrams has successfully represented employers in matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
Her practice ranges from issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and non-compete matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Abrams counsels corporate executives and managers on the myriad of issues that arise in the employer-employee relationship, including classification issues under the FLSA, leave requests, performance issues, employee terminations, and layoffs.
She has investigated allegations of inappropriate workplace conduct, and has conducted training sessions for managers and supervisors on EEO issues.
Ms. Abrams received her BA degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at San Diego, and obtained her JD degree, with honors, from George Washington University Law School.
