Ms. Clair's practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies.
During law school, she was the healthcare section editor for The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
Ms. Clair also received the John F. Kennedy Labor Law award for best overall performance in the field of labor law.
After law school, she was a law clerk intern for the Honorable Judge John D. Bates, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
She has recently obtained summary judgment in a disability discrimination and failure to accommodate case in Maryland state court and obtained summary judgment in a Title VII retaliation case in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Ms. Clair earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
