Mr. Lamoureux is also a faculty member at Providence College, where he teaches business law.
He has a diverse practice focusing primarily on employment law, complex commercial litigation and creditors' rights, and is a leading authority and frequent presenter, published author and broadcast commentator on the cutting-edge legal issues of social media in the workplace.
Mr. Lamoureux practices in state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court and is also qualified to serve as a receiver in Rhode Island Superior Court.
He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Syracuse Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society.
At the same time, Mr. Lamoureux received a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
He also holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, and a BA in Political Science, cum laude, from Providence College.
