Cameron C. McCree is an associate with Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow PLLC whose practice emphasizes employment litigation, contract and commercial disputes and other business-related matters.
Mr. McCree regularly advises and defends businesses faced with employment issues, including wrongful termination claims; allegations of age, race, sex, and disability discrimination; claims of retaliation; hostile workplace allegations; confidentiality issues; and contract negotiations and disputes.
He is a frequent lecturer to HR professionals on a wide range of employment law topics including discussions of state and federal anti-discrimination law, issues relating to employee handbooks and the proper way to conduct workplace investigations.
Prior to joining Quattlebaum, Grooms, Tull & Burrow PLLC, Mr. McCree served as a law clerk to the Hon. Lavenski R. Smith of the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
He obtained his JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Arkansas Law Review.
