Ms. Choi is a management-side employment attorney who concentrates her practice on defending employment-related claims in federal and state court, arbitration, and administrative venues.
She is regularly involved in the litigation of cases alleging wrongful termination, wage claims, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, disability, and gender, defamation, breach of contract, and claims arising under the FMLA.
Ms. Choi has also successfully represented broker-dealer clients in the litigation and arbitration of employment-related disputes in the securities industry.
She obtained her BA from Haverford College and her JD from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
Ms. Choi is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
