Mr. Dalton's practice includes the defense of employment-related claims such as harassment, discrimination, whistle-blowing, and wrongful termination.
He also handles restrictive-covenant and trade-secret litigation, as well as the defense of consumer-fraud class action matters.
Prior to joining his current firm in 2001, Mr. Dalton spent several years as an associate at a leading New Jersey employment-defense firm and three years as a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey.
He graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1988 and Syracuse University College of Law in 1994.
Following law school, Mr. Dalton clerked for the Hon. Marie L. Garibaldi, associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court (ret.).
