Constanza Contreras is an associate at Baker & McKenzie Ltd and is a member of the firm's practice group. She joined the firm in 2012 and has 10 years' experience in labor and employment law. In 2005, she received the Práctica Sobresaliente award, given by the Judicial Assistance Corporation. She was admitted to the Bar in 2005.
Ms. Contreras focuses on assisting national and multinational companies with their labour and employment matters, including hiring and termination of employees, collective bargaining processes, subcontracting and outsourcing, and labour litigation.
She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and a member of the Chilean Labor Law Association.
