Cynthia Blevins Doll

Cynthia Blevins Doll is a partner in the Louisville office of Fisher Phillips, a large national employment and labor law firm.

Ms. Blevins Doll has twenty years of labor and employment experience and previously co-chaired the employment practice group of a large regional firm.

She represents employers in employment litigation of all sorts in the federal and state courts, and counsels them on compliance with the law in such areas as the FMLA, ADA, Title VII, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour issues, reductions in force, and sexual and racial harassment.

Ms. Blevins Doll also assists clients in their prevention efforts by conducting employee training and preparing handbooks and policies for the workplace.

She has assisted employers and executives with negotiating employment agreements.
