David S. Warner is a shareholder in the New York City office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
A successful trial attorney, Mr. Warner has led several jury and bench trials, and appeals that have resulted in positive outcomes for his clients, including single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits and class and collective actions in federal and state courts. Additionally, he resolves disputes in private mediation and arbitration. Mr. Warner takes pride in building long-term relationships, designing winning plans that meet his clients' objectives and achieving the highest degree of client satisfaction. He has expertise in handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, wage and hour, and unfair competition matters.
Mr. Warner earned his law degree from Hofstra University and is licensed to practice in New York, Washington DC and California.
