Mr. Bae is a member of the firm's global immigration practice group and manages the immigration practice for the Seattle, San Francisco, Portland and Sacramento offices of Jackson Lewis LLP.
His practice focuses on providing effective immigration solutions for companies in the Pacific Northwest and throughout the United States.
Mr. Bae has been recognized as a leader in immigration law and business. In 2003, he was one of the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 under 40, and was listed in the 2007 edition of Top Attorney by Seattle Magazine.
Mr. Bae's efforts in business management also won his previous firm the 2007 award for Best Places To Work by Washington CEO Magazine. He was recognized as a 2011 Washington State Super Lawyer.
Mr. Bae has authored multiple articles for the American Immigration Lawyers Association and was the Editor-in-Chief of AILA's Immigration Lawyers Toolbox in 2009.
Mr. Bae is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Mr. Bae received his BA in Psychology from UCLA. He earned his JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was an editor for the Entertainment Law Journal.
