She represents clients from many industries, on issues arising from many facets of labor and employment law, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and disability and leaves of absence.
Ms. Kimberlin regularly appears before state and federal courts in California.
She has specific knowledge of the ADA, FMLA, California Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Family Rights Act, and the FLSA and California wage-and-hour laws.
Ms. Kimberlin received her JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 1976 and her BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1973.
