Ms. Fiftal practice includes representing management before various decision-makers, including courts and arbitrators, and counseling management about day-to-day issues and best practices.
She is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and the Ohio federal courts.
Ms. Fiftal is a member of the labor and employment sections of several bar associations and is a frequent speaker on labor and employment topics, including drug testing, FMLA and medical leave issues, and HR audits and best practices.
She earned her BA degree, summa cum laude, from Truman State University.
Ms. Fiftal earned her JD degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was inducted into Order of the Coif and received a Certificate in Litigation.
She served as managing editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.
Ms. Fiftal is an active volunteer with and former board member for Berea Animal Rescue Friends, as well as other volunteer pursuits.
