She regularly handles discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues arising under Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Ms. Morris served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Joseph M. Hood of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky for four years.
She received her JD from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, in 2006 and her BA from Transylvania University in 2003, cum laude.
