Erik Strindberg is a founding partner of Strindberg & Scholnick, LLC, a boutique employment law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho.
Mr. Strindberg views his practice in employment law as a mechanism to encourage a fair and honest relationship between employers and employees.
In the labor arena, Mr. Strindberg has handled numerous grievances arising under collective bargaining agreements and matters before the NLRB.
He works meticulously assisting clients with matters concerning discrimination, retaliation, harassment, ERISA benefit plans and wrongful termination.
Mr. Strindberg also represents individuals with employment contract negotiations and separation agreements.
In addition to representing employers in employment cases in court and arbitration, he has assisted employers by investigating workplace issues, designing and training their employees, and by authoring personnel policies and manuals.
Mr. Strindberg graduated from Rutgers College, summa cum laude, with a BA in History.
He obtained his JD from the University of Utah College of Law, Salt Lake City, UT.
Mr. Strindberg serves on the executive committee of the Federal Bar Association, Utah Chapter.
He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Utah Employment Lawyers Association, and the Utah Association for Justice.
In 2003, Mr. Strindberg was named Employment Lawyer of the Year by the Labor and Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
