Erin M. Reid-Eriksen

Erin M. Reid-Eriksen is an attorney in Littler Mendelson's Knowledge Management department.

Littler Mendelson, PC is the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.

As a Knowledge Management attorney, Ms. Reid-Eriksen focuses on employee benefits issues, monitoring regulatory and legislative developments for health and welfare benefit plans and retirement plans.

She also advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law, including:

  • Discrimination and harassment;
  • Wrongful discharge;
  • Non-competition disputes;
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act; and
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act.

Prior to joining Littler, Erin gained extensive experience in social welfare cases working at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association in New Haven and at the Arthur Levitt Public Affairs Center in Clinton, New York.

In law school, she was executive editor of the Harvard Women's Law Journal and served as a student instructor for the Board of Student Advisers.

Erin received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2004, cum laude and her BA, from Hamilton College in 2001, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
