The Court’s 2013-2014 term was especially significant as the justices dealt with a dispute involving the reach of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage exemption; expanded whistleblower protections for employees; and heard a case with the potential to throw scores of National Labor Relations Act decisions into doubt.
