Each year, the Supreme Court decides a handful of cases that help shape employment law across the nation. The Court’s 2013-2014 term was especially significant as the justices dealt with a dispute involving the reach of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage exemption; expanded whistleblower protections for employees; and heard a case with the potential to throw scores of National Labor Relations Act decisions into doubt.
View this free webinar to hear what the Supreme Court’s newest rulings will mean for HR with expert insights and analysis you will not want to miss. Anthony Oncidi, head of the labor and employment practice group in the Los Angeles office of Proskauer Rose, breaks down all of the implications from the term for employers. Meanwhile, XpertHR’s David Weisenfeld provides inside-the-courtroom perspective from his experience reporting on these cases and many others at the nation’s highest court.
