Ilisa S. Clark is special counsel in the Boston office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Clark represents and counsels clients on a broad range of employment matters, specifically providing litigation defense and trial advocacy of claims involving discrimination, the ADA and FMLA.
She often works with clients in healthcare, retail, and high technology, appearing before Massachusetts state and federal courts, the EEOC and state administrative agencies.
Ms. Clark is certified to conduct discrimination and harassment training by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and has offered programs on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace investigations, disability and religious accommodations, performance management.
Prior to working at Littler Mendelson, she worked as in-house employment counsel for a national specialty retailer.
Ms. Clark received her JD from Boston College Law School in 1991 and her BBA from the University of Massachusetts in 1984, summa cum laude.
