Ms. Pirozzi advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret matters, breach of contract, wage and hour class actions, and claims for discrimination and retaliation.
She represents clients before federal and state courts, and before various administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in 2011, Ms. Pirozzi worked as an associate at a law firm in Minnesota where she represented employers in business and employment related matters.
She was also an officer in the Air Force for several years, where she handled personnel matters and provided HR support to all Air Force personnel assigned to the Pentagon.
In law school, Ms. Pirozzi was a member of the student editorial board for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, where she wrote her case note on the then-recent developments of the FMLA.
She received her JD from George Mason University School of Law in 2005 and a BS from the United States Air Force Academy in 1999.
Ms. Pirozzi is admitted to practice in Washington and Minnesota.
