Ms. Glickstein has experience defending all types of matters, including claims of discrimination and harassment based on race, gender, disability, religion, national origin, and age, as well as retaliation matters, violations of the FMLA, USERRA, and both common law and statutory "whistleblowing" claims.
She has also defended EEOC class actions.
In addition to providing day-to-day preventative advice to clients, Ms. Glickstein has tried several employment matters to jury verdict and has extensive experience working with clients on issues relating to non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
She represents clients in front of a number of administrative agencies, as well as in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Ms. Glickstein speaks and writes frequently on both a local and national basis and has recently spent a significant amount of time advising clients on issues arising out of the increased proliferation of social media.
She is a past chair of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) employment law committee and a past member of DRI's law institute.
Ms. Glickstein currently serves as a member of DRI's board of directors.
