Ms. Coffman is an expert witness for two northern Indiana law firms, representing clients for personal injury litigation and is a recognized authority on workplace safety and health compliance.
She received authorization to conduct Federal OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Voluntary Compliance trainings from the DOL, Great Lakes Regional OSHA Training Institute and certification from the American Red Cross to teach CPR/AED and First Aid.
Ms. Coffman is a member of several local and statewide disaster readiness groups and is an invited presenter for area universities and public and private industry employers.
Throughout her career, she has instructed more than 6,000 individuals in government required trainings for general industry and has mediated numerous OSHA inspections favorably on behalf of clients.
Specializing in disaster response, OSHA compliance, crisis management, workplace violence and sexual harassment prevention, Ms. Coffman develops site-specific programs for private-industry employers on these areas, as well as continuing education materials for EMS and firefighters for a nationally accredited training source.
