Mr. Lessig regularly represents clients in all types of employment matters in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.
He speaks on a variety of employment topics across the country and regularly writes articles that appear in publications nationwide.
In 2012, 2013 and 2014, Mr. Lessig was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in labor and employment law.
In 2010 he was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of the “Top 40 Attorneys Under 40” and was also selected as a Delaware Valley Human Resources Consultant of the Year Nominee.
Mr. Lessig co-authored the 2002 supplement to “Drafting and Revising Employment Policies and Handbooks” published by Aspen Publishing.
He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a BA in Human Resource Management with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies.
Mr. Lessig received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Delaware.
He is an active member in SHRM as the Legislative Affairs Director for Garden State Council-SHRM as well as an active member at the local level for Tri-State HRMA, where he is Vice-President.
