Marissa L. Dragoo is an associate in the San Diego office of Littler Mendelson, P.C., a U.S.-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Dragoo represents a broad spectrum of employers in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative settings.
Her area of practice focuses on many areas of employment law, including class actions, wage and hour disputes, employee policy and handbook compliance, wrongful termination, and harassment and discrimination claims.
Ms. Dragoo has previously represented public entity clients, inclusive of school districts, in complex litigation matters as well as general advisory matters.
She regularly volunteers her time to local non-profit organizations, including MANA de San Diego, for which she served as the Hermanitas Program Director in 2009-2010. The Hermanitas Program is the largest one-on-one Latina mentorship organization of its kind in the United States.
Ms. Dragoo received her JD from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 2006 and her BA from the University of California San Diego in 2003.
She is admitted to practice in California and is fluent in Spanish.
