Megan Anderson

Megan Anderson is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and concentrates her practice in employment law counseling and litigation.

Ms. Anderson regularly advises employers and provides training regarding a wide variety of employment law issues, including discipline and termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy and other tort claims, leaves of absence, compensation, handbooks and personnel policies, employment contracts, restrictive covenant agreements, separation agreements, employment issues in mergers and acquisitions, disaster prevention and response planning, and workplace violence prevention.

In addition to providing preventive counseling and training, Ms. Anderson conducts investigations and audits for businesses. She also regularly represents employers in administrative actions and defends employers in litigation when employment-related claims do arise.

Ms. Anderson received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
