Meryl Gutterman, formerly of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, specializes in employment litigation and counseling for both New York and New Jersey corporations.
Ms. Gutterman counsels clients on a variety of employment law issues, including avoiding and responding to claims arising under the LAD, Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FMLA.
She litigates employment and commercial disputes in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration proceedings and before state and federal administrative agencies.
Ms. Gutterman also assists clients with drafting employment manuals and policies; and negotiates, drafts and reviews employment contracts, separation and non-disclosure agreements.
Further, she conducts investigations of alleged employment discrimination, including sexual harassment, wrongful terminations and other unlawful conduct.
