Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hudson was employed as a career law clerk by US District Judge Glen H. Davidson of the Northern District of Mississippi.
Before attending law school, he served in the United States Air Force for over eight years.
Mr. Hudson defends employers in wage-and-hour cases, and in sexual harassment, race discrimination, age discrimination and disability discrimination cases, including in class actions.
He also has experience litigating issues surrounding non-competition agreements and allegations of trade secret misappropriation.
Mr. Hudson also represents employers before the EEOC and DOL.
He advises employers regarding personnel issues and to help ensure compliance with the FMLA, ADA, FLSA and Title VII.
Mr. Hudson regularly conducts training and seminars for management-level employees regarding these and other human resources issues.
