Ms. Haim has been representing public and private employers in labor, employment and business immigration matters since 1984.
She advises clients in a full range of employment issues that includes equal employment opportunity; wage and hour; hiring, performance management and termination; background checks; policies, procedures and handbooks; leaves; disability; reasonable accommodation; and immigration.
Ms. Haim has specific experience with Title VII, the ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, FLSA, IRCA, the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Oregon Family Medical Leave Act, and Oregon employment discrimination and wage and hour laws.
She received her JD from Notre Dame Law School, summa cum laude; a PhD from Duke University; an MA from Duke University and a BA from the University of Melbourne, with honors.
