Mr. Mee assists clients with a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits, multiparty collective action wage and hour claims, and noncompete agreements.
He has primarily handled cases before Massachusetts and Rhode Island state and federal courts, the EEOC and state fair employment practices agencies.
Mr. Mee counsels clients on all aspects of employment law compliance, employee handbook and policy development, and overall best practices.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and before the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Mr. Mee earned his JD from Northeastern University School of Law in 2009 and his BA from Boston College in 2004.
