Early in his legal career, Mr. Saucier established a client base that includes a large number of government contractors and higher education facilities.
Consequently he became especially experienced in affirmative action and government pay equity cases along with his diverse employment law practice.
Mr. Saucier also handles arbitrations and union negotiations for employers in all fields.
In addition, he regularly speaks and writes on employment topics across the spectrum of employment law.
Mr. Saucier has served on the board of the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra and is a heavily-involved member of the board of the Institute of Human Origins at Arizona State University.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College, magna cum laude (1977), and the University of Baltimore, cum laude (1980).
