Mr. Roskelley handles all aspects of employee compensation, such as wage and hour issues, incentive plans and policies, and independent contractor issues.
He also advises and represents clients in wrongful termination and discrimination matters and has considerable knowledge of claims involving the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ERISA and the Taft-Hartley Act.
Mr. Roskelley's nationwide practice focuses on the defense of class and collective actions on behalf of employers before state and federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC and OSHA.
He also regularly represents employers in trials and arbitration, as well as in compensation disputes with the DOL, the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner, the Utah Labor Commission and enforcement agencies of other states.
Mr. Roskelley received his JD from Brigham Young University in 1985, cum laude, and his BA from Brigham Young University in 1981.
He is admitted to practice in Idaho, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Utah.
