Mr. Duty is a member of the firm's employment practice group in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
He has successfully defended employers in discrimination/wrongful discharge actions in both state and federal courts before judges and juries.
Mr. Duty has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements, as well as executive contracts.
A significant amount of his time has been devoted to best practices, the drafting of employee handbooks and policies, noncompete and confidentiality agreements, with specific emphasis on conflict avoidance.
While in law school, Mr. Duty was the managing editor of the Law Review.
