Ronald S. Stadler is a Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP. He practices labor and employment law, education law, municipal law and related litigation, regularly advising private and public sector employers on labor and employment matters.
Mr. Stadler has extensive experience in collective bargaining, union contract administration, grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour issues, unemployment compensation, workers' compensation, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, discrimination issues, hiring and firing issues, plant closing issues, and health insurance matters.
He most recently presented "Labor & Employment Law Update: What's New - What's Trending" and "Always Changing: Updates on the Open Meeting/Public Records Law," at the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation's 18th Annual Corporation Counsel/Defense Counsel Forum.
Mr. Stadler is also a contributing author of Fair Labor Standards Act, ABA/BNA Books and How Arbitration Works, Elkouri and Elkouri, 6th Edition.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (labor and employment law; litigation sections); ABA (labor and employment law section; litigation section); Milwaukee Bar Association and Wisconsin School Attorneys Association.
Mr. Stadler earned his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
