Samantha M. Rollins is a litigator in the Des Moines office of Faegre Baker Daniels who defends employers across the country.
Ms. Rollins has significant experience defending wage-and-hour claims, as well as claims for harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Her experience includes class and collective actions, and she has successfully enforced noncompete agreements through temporary restraining orders and preliminary and permanent injunctions.
