Sarah E. Moss is an associate in the New York office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Moss advises and represents management in various areas of federal and state employment law and traditional labor law, particularly on compliance with employment discrimination laws.
Her practice also focuses on representing employers in wage and hour litigation arising under FLSA and various state laws, including complex class and collective actions involving misclassification, overtime and other wage-related claims.
Ms. Moss received her JD from Columbia Law School in 2010 where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
She received her BA from Grinnell College in 2006, Phi Beta Kappa.
